Mission statement
We're not in the business of saving lives.
Yes, the stakes must feel high, but if we're not having fun in the process of creating something, there's a good chance audiences won't have much fun watching it either.
The world is cynical enough. I don't think our job is to add to that. My goal as a producer is to find extraordinary storytellers and collaborators, earn their trust, give them the space to do their best work, and then push each other to make stories that are bold, entertaining and impossible to ignore.
That's what I'm hoping to harness!

Incubate stories and build better collaborations, stronger creative cultures and, ultimately, better companies that consistently tell great stories.
How do you bring together writers, directors, showrunners and producers who challenge each other without tearing each other down?
1.
2.
How do you nurture talent without burning people out?
3.
How do you build teams that still want to make something together after the first project... and the second... and the fifth?
If I do happen to figure all of this out, feel free to call me Messiah Shoaib from Lokhandwala.
